EDUCATING FARMERS
An online survey of 250 farmers who had taken a soil and crop workshop found that 57 per cent of them said they would feel "pleased," "proud," or "lucky," to find a species at risk on their property.
The suckholes get in line early to get a little gravy. If they can just convince the government of their commitment to the environment and all things green, who knows, maybe it can be turned into a monthly stewardship cheque or some such thing. It'll come back to bite.

ReplyDeleteThat's how it works alright. The govt gets them on board with a little bit of bakshee and then a few years later screws them. they never learn.
