CANADIAN IMMIGRATION PROGRAM PROBLEMS
Foreign students left behind in new Express Entry immigration program.
It makes perfect sense. Why would we prefer to pave the way for a Polish neuroscientist to immigrate when we can have Somalis on the dole, creating violent slum conditions in Toronto?
