Really.
"Another key is that the tax must be revenue neutral"......maybe in BC. This tax is another desperate attempt by the Ontario Liberals to plug holes in their balance sheet that 10 years of mismanagement have created. There is zero chance that a carbon tax in Ontario will be revenue neutral.
revenue neutral tax is a lie and a stupid lie at that, but Ontario dummies will fall for it again because they fell for it when McGinty said HST was neutral and there still as dumb now as then.
