It took a while to get through that but I have to agree with everything he said but he kind of suggested that the full professors were not the problem but masters grads were. Our oldest started Forestry at U of Alberta but quit in disgust at the start of year 3 because of the politics that was preached by the professors. More than a few them of them were full professors with PhDs not just masters grads.
