THE VALUES OF THE POLITICAL RIGHT
Excerpted from a speech on rechargingthe political right by Preston Manning, former Reform Party leader and former leader of the Official Opposition, to the annual Manning Centre Conference in Ottawa on Feb. 26:
Preston Manning is the guy who did the 180 on climate change so I don't think he is the fellow to be talking about values.
