The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.

And don't jump to conclusions that there is any connection between this and the ridiculous Vancouver Real Estate Market.
This is beyond stupid. Our son and his wife just bought a home in Peterborough and we were with them. They had to hand over their drivers licenses and the agent rolled his eyes and said it was supposed to prevent money laundering.
