ONTARIO'S SCHOOL OF GOVERNMENT STOOGERY

Kathleen Wynne is going to have to find a way to get rid of Bonnie Lysyk soon.
Lysyk, the Ontario auditor general, delivered a devastating indictment of the government Wednesday  when she released her annual report to the Ontario legislature.  Her tales of an administration gone wildly off the rails include a transit agency so clueless it regularly awards multi-million-dollar contracts to the same bungling firm, despite its record of mucking up previous jobs. An $8-billion health boondoggle that still hasn’t finished computerizing medical records 14 years after the project was launched.

  1. That's my prediction too. But it doesn't seem that dumb Ontarians listen to the AG, so you really wonder if the office is necessary.
