THE HINTING WYNNE
Kathleen Wynne might tackle hydro delivery charges to cut electricity bills. But Wynne declined to offer details about the changes she's considering.
My guess is that any cut in delivery charges will be more than covered by the carbon tax. Most of the public will fall for the shell game.
