Our son and his wife bought their home north of Vaughan a year before the Greenbelt was announced. They paid $318,000 at that time which I thought was a crazy price but the now have it listed for 3 times that and they have 4 offers on it. They are quitting ther jobs and packing up the kids and moving to Brockville where they can get a good home for $250,000.00.
