ANOTHER SEXUAL MISCONDUCT ALLEGATION

Maj.-Gen. Dany Fortin is stepping aside from his role as the head of Canada’s COVID-19 vaccine rollout amid a military investigation into him.

Global News can confirm that the investigation is linked to a sexual misconduct allegation dating from before Fortin was a general.

The Department of National Defense announced Fortin’s departure in a statement Friday.
