The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
Well sort of. They are asking for more teeth to the Ontario Trespass Act.
The comments at the end of the article are very telling as to the problem in rural Ontario.
Revisions to the Trespass to Property Act have been on the table for years, If this bunch of lily-livers gets on the legislation train you can be damned sure it is pulling in to the station.
Wynnebag must smell some fine money for the province. You have to wonder just what is going to be thrown under the bus if OFA is suddenly lobbying for more strengthen to the Trespass Act....at least as suddenly as OFA acts...they've been looking at the legislation since 2005

The changes to the law must be safer than safe if these useless ass kissers are supporting them. Just a phone call from Wynn was all it took.
