ReplyDeleteOh well, behind every cloud there is a silver lining...stuffed full with a new "let's create our own registry" bureaucracy in this case. And they will go ahead and create it without giving any thought as to whether a provincial registry would withstand the many possible constitutional arguments that would be raised by court challenges.
