The Liberal infrastructure plan is shaping up to be the Wild West of funding opportunities. It'll be up to cities and special interests to scurry into the money pot quickly to call dibs on their allotment.
The Liberals are not only sticking to their plan to roll out an additional $60 billion of infrastructure cash over 10 years, but are trying to come up with ways to quickly spend an extra $10 billion this year that was left over by the previous government.
