Wynne’s plan is designed to pour billions of dollars into her wasteful government to use however it wants, subject only to vague assurances it will be spent on “green” projects, which can mean almost anything.
Brown needs to expose Wynne’s cap-and-trade scheme for the cash grab it is, along with the fact it won’t lower emissions effectively.
Then he needs to offer the public something better.
