The Trudeau government can’t control who comes into the country and continues to allow hundreds, at times thousands, of people a month to cross the border illegally, but now they want to keep track of who is leaving the country.
Regulations posted in the Canada Gazette show that the Canada Border Services Agency is looking to expand exit controls for anyone leaving the country.
“The Government of Canada does not currently have access to reliable exit information on all persons leaving Canada,” the posting reads.
