RULES FOR THEE, BUT NOT FOR ME

 Quebec Liberal member Pierre Arcand is being asked to return home amid mounting criticism over his decision to vacation in the Caribbean.

REGINA — A Saskatchewan cabinet minister has apologized for making an "error in judgment" by travelling to California over the holidays, but he gets to keep his job.

A United Conservative cabinet minister took a vacation in Hawaii in December despite guidance from her own government to avoid non-essential travel, according to media reports Thursday.  Alberta Minister of Municipal Affairs Tracy Allard visited Hawaii on a family vacation earlier in the month.
