Ontario Member of Parliament Marwan Tabbara allegedly spent so much time over three months watching a home in a nearby riding he made the occupant fear for her safety, according to a police document describing the serious criminal charges he is facing.
The watching started January 1 and ended April 9, the day Tabbara was arrested by police in Guelph, Ont., according to police allegations.
Tabbara, 35, was charged with two counts of assault, one count of break and enter and commit an indictable offence, and one count of criminal harassment.
The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.

MTO's FIDO POLICY REGARDING TOW TRUCKS
Officers say they’ve encountered tow truck drivers wearing visible weapons, which in some cases can be an arrestable offence, but weren’t permitted to take them into custody.
“If no police officer is available to conduct the arrest, the driver simply walks away with no (punishment),” an officer said.
Another recalls observing a loaded tow truck travelling on a 400-series highway with a critical safety defect, but rather than pulling it over, they were forced to allow it to continue. Current policy didn’t permit a traffic stop to remedy the issue.

OBJECTING TO ONTARIO'S BILL 156
In Ontario, the policing of farm-animal welfare relies heavily on complaints by whistle blowers.
Bill 156 will punish whistle blowers by making it a crime for people to investigate animal cruelty on farms, in slaughterhouses and on transport trucks, with finds of up to $25,000. In essence, if Bill 156 passes, it will become a crime to reveal the truth.
Whistle blowers should be applauded, not punished.

ONTARIANS CHALLENGE GOV'T HYPOCRISY
Then there are the mounting calls from medical specialists who are urging the lockdowns to be lifted on the basis that they’re now doing more harm than good. That is no doubt influencing people’s thinking. Postponed surgeries, rising alcoholism, deaths of despair – these are all rising even as the COVID-19 cases decline. Some people have likely decided that they just can’t take it anymore and are willing to roll the dice and risk getting the virus.
Perhaps the biggest factor that’s going to change perspectives on the lockdowns is the series of anti-racism protests and riots that have happened across North America. While individuals are being told they can’t visit dying loved ones in hospital or attend their funerals, officials are giving an implicit nod to mass protests in our streets.

UNIONS PROTECTING BAD COPS
Derek Chauvin, the officer who murdered George Floyd, had 18 complaints against him. He was disciplined twice. Why was he still on the force?

HUAWEI IN "A STATE OF WAR" IN TECH BATTLE
Tech-giant Huawei's founder told his staff to 'surge forward, killing as you go, to blaze us a trail of blood' in the battle for global supremacy.
Former-Chinese army engineer Ren Zhengfei addressed employees at Huawei's research and development centre in Hangzhou, eastern China, in 2018.
In February this year, Ren told staff that Huawei had 'entered a state of war' after the second-largest smartphone maker in the world found itself at the centre of a technology battle between China and the US.
"Certainly, Huawei can develop its own chips and operating systems, and the government can make sure that they will be successful in China. But Huawei and other Chinese phone makers are successful also in foreign markets, and that's a totally different question: Will Huawei's chips and operating systems be as competitive as Qualcomm's and Android? Most likely not. At best, it will take years before they are," Mr Scaruffi adds.
RCMP & LIBERALS ADDING TO GUN BAN LIST
But I know lots of people who know plenty about guns. And many of them said the way the Liberals had written their May 1 confiscation order – focusing on the size of a gun’s muzzle, rather than muzzle velocity or projectile type – meant hundreds of thousands of shotguns could be scooped up by police along with the scary-looking guns the Liberals claimed to be after.
Now it has been discovered that since May 1, the Liberals and RCMP have indeed been adding lots of shotguns to the ban.
Worse yet, they have not been telling gun owners or the public. Presumably some hunters are going to find out the hard way that guns they thought were legal, aren’t any more.
