The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.

Just the ticket! Another taxpayer-funded bureaucrat with his taxpayer-funded staff, to advise his taxpayer-funded bosses and their taxpayer-funded bureaucrats and staff about farm problems. Because farmers are to stupid or to chicken do it themselves? Unf*****g Beleivable.
Not that any of these fools would see it this way, but if all these representatives of all these groups can't get their concerns heard without appointing a special commissioner, this is a startling admission from their own mouths that they, and their organizations, are ineffective to the point of uselessness.
Saul: useless to whom? Farmers? yes. The government? oh no. Once a government has purchased an organization's cooperation, they become extremely useful.
