If there’s one thing the United Nations is good at, it’s celebrating itself.
On Friday it celebrated the Paris climate treaty coming into effect.
Just as it celebrated last December when the treaty was agreed to in Paris.
And as it will celebrate next week when the UN’s never-ending climate change roadshow gathers in Marrakesh, Morocco for yet another meeting, leaving a carbon footprint in its wake that could choke a horse.
