   The public servant believed to have leaked draft health-care legislation to the NDP is no longer employed, a memo to the Ontario Public Service says.
   “As many of you may be aware, there have been media reports regarding the unauthorized disclosure of confidential government documents,” Stephen Davidson, Interim Secretary of the Cabinet, wrote. “I am writing to confirm that as a result of our investigation into this matter, the employee responsible for this breach is no longer employed in the Ontario Public Service.
