Former Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty, who has kept a low profile in recent years, will soon be honoured in his old political base.
Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson has announced that he’ll soon bestow the key to the city on McGuinty, who was first elected as an MPP for Ottawa South in 1990.
