CELEBRATE THE DEMISE OF ONTARIO'S DRIVE CLEAN

  While many Ontario motorists are happy to see the end of Drive Clean on Monday, not everybody’s celebrating its demise.
   Anita Gulati — an owner of Best Deals Auto in Etobicoke — found out about the program’s cancellation the same way everybody else did: On the news.
  “I’m not very happy that it ended, I don’t think it should have ended, and I don’t like how they ended it,” she said.
