The province is so broke the Wynne Liberals are rooting in the couch to see if they can find some stray change. So far this week I've come across these: 1) In the Agricorps forms to renew the required Farm Business Registration is a blurb that effective January 1st 2015 whenever you go to renew your farm license plates you must present an invoice or other document with your farm business number on it. 2) Grain elevators are about to have their property assessment changed. The date for the new taxation is back dated to January 1st 2014. They just can't squeeze enough money out of people to squander!
They are too stupid to figure out that all they are doing is creating a huge underground economy. When it dawns on them they will respond by hiring more enforcement worms and doing more audits which will further drive up taxes and create more black markets and smuggling.
