The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
With the drop in the price of a barrel of oil the money financing the anti-fracking will be drying up so the professional protesters will be needing another "cause" to keep the money flowing into their pockets. Shaking the tambourine at Monsanto and GMO crops should keep the hippies in weed money should it not? We had a killing frost here a few nights ago and if it weren't for the cold tolerance bred into GMO corn we would be looking at a huge replant this spring.
