The Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF) has reached a deal with the provincial government that should avoid any strike. The head of the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO) is still talking tough and promising to take their work-to-rule to “stage two” when classes return.
