Is it any big surprise that Wynne would keep plans for road tolls secret in her magic "tool box" of revenues? It is long overdue for the Liberal lovers in the GTA to have to start to pony up $$$ to pay for their voting patterns and the roadways that THEY are using. They have been looting rural Ontario for years and there isn't much left to squeeze out.
