The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
Skyrocketing GTA home prices are the result of supply failing to meet demand, and the province’s proposed new measures to curb sprawl by imposing zoning and land use requirements on municipalities will make things even worse.
