I'm not at all surprised to see the UCC encouraging its own demise, but I bet there isn't a Christian church in Canada that isn't supporting this.

We walked away from our Anglican church years ago when it caved in over the Indian schools. Since then there has been lots of other things that made us glad we did. We started going to a Community Church a few years ago. They haven't got around to making speeches about global warming or evil Israel so we are sticking around for the time being. I am going to send this video link off to Pastor Mark with a note that I have some questions for him. ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks for this. I'm from PA and I just came across this quite by accident. I think you are probably in the same situation in Canada as we are here. You have a much stronger and more honest leader though.
