Gunter: Let’s face it, federal Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole is a dud and a dud is never going to defeat Justin Trudeau.
One sighed this week that the Tory leader has the attention span of a housefly. He flits from issue to issue, never fully settling on one for more than a day or two.
O’Toole’s uninspiring leadership is bad enough. Canada desperately needs to see the end of its current arrogant, unethical, incompetent, divisive Liberal government, yet all polls have the Liberals in the lead – by as much as 12% in the Montreal-Toronto-Ottawa triangle.
