The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
This guy must gave been quite a cop. Let me guess. He was either in media relations (writing stuff to make his Chief look good) or going to schools and retirement homes.
There are some of them as far north as Edmonton too, and they have pinky blue feathers and feed on wild rose. :)
