So a department that merely showed incompetence managed to add pettiness and stupidity to the list. Good for Defazio.

ReplyDeleteI spotted their roads department out with some sort of water tank on a pick-up, complete with a water hose, rinsing off a cement curb in the middle of nowhereville.
The weather forecast calls for HEAVY rain for DAYS to come....and yes I'm yelling....ya shoulda heard me in the truck cab....
Things that need fixing don't get fixed and money totally wasted elsewhere.
Such is the ways of every level of government.
Now you got me started. One of my brother-in-laws works for Cambridge Public Works. Did I say works? Sorry about that. I keep telling him " a few more years sitting on your ass in that pickup and you'll be too fat and lazy to even bellyache".
