The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
There is alot of drugs covered in other provinces and not in Ontario (in particular newer more expensive cancer treatment drugs). Add to that a list of medications covered for seniors that is being chipped away with proven drugs being removed and if you need them you have to pay for them yourself. Don't get sick! and for sure don't get sick in Ontario!
As you lie there in your crap and bedsores, at least you'll have the satisfaction of knowing that maybe one percent of the energy powering the last dim light you see was provided by an alternative energy system that your fellow citizens deemed more important than health-care.
That poor woman and her family. If she had been a man and wanted a sex change operation the government would be shelling out our dollars. Voter stupidity kills a lot of people in this province.
And just to think - someday in the not-to-distant future, we'll be looking back on this period and calling it "The Good Old Days".
