The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
Oak Bay, BC has too many deer.
They're a nuisance and a threat to vehicular safety.
A sensible Municipal Council has a solution.
Capture the deer. Kill the deer. Eat the deer.

Who cares? If the locals don't have the guts to stand up and yell shoot the f*****g deer, they deserve all the collisions and property damage that they can get.
