RURAL ONTRAIO INSTITUTE SUMMIT

This evaluation needs to be measured against a known baseline with specific objectives in mind.
Oh Mr. Freshwater, you're so right about that. Our former Liberal Premier evaluated and measured rural Ontario precisely, and then began systematically confiscating its assets with precision and efficiency. He's down at Harvard right now teaching young Liberal Americans how to screw rural Kentuckians out of their property rights as well.

  1. Holy smokes! Have you ever heard so much horseshit as McDinky's bio on that Harvard link? This needs a SDA-style juxtaposition against that recent paper by the Fraser Institute from your recent "take a bow" post. Soaring electricity costs; insupportable debt; ballooning government size, cost and regulatory burden; declining gov't revenues despite higher taxes; industry running out through the one-way turnstile...what an asshole.

    1. The Dildo is the perfect testament to the bovine stupidity of (a) Ontario's electorate, and, (b) Harvard.

  2. "What became clear is that Ontario has significant challenges if we want to build increasingly prosperous rural communities in this province."

Significant challenges? I'll say. And all of them caused by the very same kind of "evaluations" and "policy implementations" that our farm organizations just can't seem to get enough of.

But hey, with the OFA, CFFO and NFU memberships seemingly content with the lapdoggery of their organizations and the declining state of affairs in rural Ontario, the "challenges" are bound to become a lot more significant.
