When 20 percent of the population is directly employed by government, give them all a raise and increase their numbers and they'll all vote for you forever.
Overall, the list — which includes doctors, nurses, teachers, police and firefighters in addition to civil servants — increased about 11 per cent last year to 97,796 names. That's an 82 per cent increase from 2008, when there were 53,774 names on the list.
Then, add to that number the welfare class and all other parasites who seek taxpayer money through a myriad of government programs and you get.....we're screwed!
ReplyDeleteFace it - we are pretty well f*****. It's not because there's more of them than us - it's because there isn't enough of "us" with the balls or brains to stop it. So for the chosen few, here's my message: take care of yourselves.
ReplyDeleteI'm starting to hate hydro workers and Opp and firemen and teachers. I am tired of hearing about their hard work and danger jobs.
ReplyDeleteHey hughie, lighten up. After all, it's only 75 percent of OPG employees who make over $100 G per year.
