The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
The Standing Committee on Estimates continues with Committee Lead MPP Randy Hillier questioning Minister of Energy Bob Chiarelli over the uncompetitive and rising energy rates in Ontario. In the video Hillier does not accept Chiarelli's obfuscation.
Poor old Chiarelli's got a problem. How does one defend the indefensible? I guess he figures it's better to vomit bullshit than stand up like a man and be honest. My favourite part was after Hillier made clear that he was comparing apples to apples (equal kWh comparisons), Chiarelli insists that you can't compare bills that way because what if one was winter and the other summertime. That's when his stupidity really shines through. Thank you Mr. Hillier for your representation.
Math is really really hard for Liberals. I doubt is Chiarelli ever had to worry about paying a bill in his entire entitled life. Yes! Thank goodness for good men like Randy Hillier!
