ON Energy Minister, Bob Chiarelli noted that the energy sector was “very complex, is very difficult to understand.” So difficult, apparently, that Ontario's Auditor General, does not comprehend it. Disregard the fact that she spent 10 years at Manitoba Hydro. Oh Bob, your arrogance knows no bounds.

Hey, I think in your province bullshit has been baffling brains for a long time. Its not like this Chireli guy has been the first public liar eh?
