The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
The only bright spot of hope for property rights and libertarian ideals in a nationwide epidemic of statist "Progressive Conservativism" and the Wildrose sold themselves like street corner crackhead hookers. We're so screwed.
And don't let the Alberta voters off the hook. When faced with an option for change they picked that socialist hag of a Redford over Wildrose. Prentice is a pinkster and will show his true colors soon enough, but that will be OK with the majority of Alberta voters.
I have to sadly agree with you. There is a good chunk of our workers getting government cheques and the city dwellers are pink pink pink. Even here in small towns you would be surprised how many Liberals and commies there are.
Just politicians being politicians. Power and perks and privileges and pensions beat principles every time. That's whats happening.
