A video of a Tesla Model 3 crashing directly into an overturned box truck in Taiwan went viral early June, partly because it showcases what many assume to be a failure of the model’s Autopilot feature.
The clip makes it quite apparent the truck should an easy obstacle to detect and avoid if you’re paying attention to the road — it’s hard to miss a giant white blockade in the middle of the highway.
