A: A limp dick pretender.
The President has simply failed to respond to an outburst of violence around the world. It is an outburst that has not been seen since the 1970s. His only reaction is mere rhetoric, sometimes no rhetoric at all.

It is funny how, in such a very short time, America has become so very much like him. Nothing but a posing shell. I was going to say hollow, but that wouldn't be quite right. Because it also has his attributes: cowardice, selfishness, and stupidity.
