The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
Ha ha! Good one. I'm also predicting an increase in dog attacks. Some dogs are just plain hard-headed and strong and the only way they can get the message is by using these collars. I am betting that the sickos will still be able to get choked and spanked. I think that's a Charter right in Quebec.
