Suppressed Truth Stress Disorder (STSD) is an anxiety disorder that often develops after a politician is exposed to a specific traumatic event: being caught in an outright lie and the subsequent public exposure as a liar. The diagnosis may be given when a group of symptoms such as projection of blame, diminished memories of the event, and the attribution of the lack of truthfulness to undiagnosed, pre-existing medical conditions (such as diabetes) continue for more than a month.
Me too, PP. The dangers of assumptions eh? I wonder what triggers this STSD? Probably something from their childhood like not getting their arses kicked, or being told too many times that they were smart but their teachers, and coaches weren't
