DON"T GIVE US THIS CRAP, STEPHEN !

Way back in 2006 you definitely said property rights were the most important thing, not victim's rights.

  1. Laughable. If they were concerned about victim's rights they would amend the civil process so that it wasn't left entirely up to the plaintiff to collect.

You're right about the property rights stuff. Harper campaigned from coast to coast on that ticket. Then it just disappeared over the event horizon and into down the black hole, never to be heard or seen again.

  2. Yes, that has been his biggest lie, hasn't it? It sounded good way back then and we took him at his word, and all of his Alberta MPs were singing the same tune. Pretty quiet now. How do you forget something that important in no time at all?

    1. Harper as a Reform Party MP => Harper as president of the national citizens coalition => Harper as Prime Minister with minority government => Harper as Prime Minister with majority government. No property rights on the agenda and spreads enough public money around to rival Pierre Trudeau.
