US Secretary of State John Kerry announced 1 billion dollars of energy aid money to the Ukraine.... By paying off a chunk of Ukraine's gas debt to Russia is that not the US providing $$$ for Russia to finance their war machine?
In other news...President Oblamebush has ordering 50,000 red lines. :)
