The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
I, for one, applaud this stamping-out of "giving extra" (heavy sarcasm here). Think of the poor honey retailers who shrink their package size without reducing price. It doesn't seem fair that they should suffer a competitive disadvantage! Otherwise, what are regulators for? Good God, without regulators, we'd suffer the vagaries of a free market with, with, with, chaos and uncertainty!!! Oh the horror!
