UNDERCOVER ACTIVISTS
The animal activist group Mercy For Animals has been creating an uproar in the hog, turkey, veal and dairy industry in Canada, by infiltrating and filming on farms, and then given all the air time in the world on CTV's W5. In the U.S. the tables are starting to turn on the zealots.

Oh.........okay, down in the US....but not ******g here, I can tell you.
Matter of fact, Alberta cattlemen are kinda crawling in bed with the vegetarians...thinking they can find some, what do they call it....oh yah, consensus. I'm making a prediction that by they crawl out from under the covers our cowboys will be walking like ballerinas and talking like Peter Pan.
I hear ya tj230....there won't be any push back from the "Beef Farmers of Ontario" (formerly known as Ontario Cattlemen's Association) trying to protect/stand up for our privacy out here in the hinterlands.
DeleteJust because everyone now carries a personel surveilance device with their smart phone doesn't give them the right to be filiming/recording what happens on private property....IMO
There won't be any fight in Canada and that is for sure. The farmers and ranchers are sucking up to their enemies.
ReplyDeleteThey are indeed - and they've been doing so for at least a generation or two. Compromised beyond all hope of redemption, they are. We can point the fingers all we want at the neutered sycophants directing the farm organizations, but they're just a reflection of what the membership wants or is prepared to tolerate.
DeleteI had a chat with the lad that hauls livestock for us. Lately he got a grilling at the local salesbarn from the animal inspector about the size of his stock trailer and how many cows/calves he had in it. The trailer is 8X24 he said....the inspector wanted to know if that was 8 inches by 24 inches.....leftism really is a mental disorder.
