The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
Even the CBC is throwing the native leaders under the bus on this one. They rae reporting on a B.C. chief, Ron Giesbrecht who pulled in 1 million in salary and benefits, for a reserve with 35 people living on it. Where is it written in treaty's that it is "cash-for-life" paid for by taxpayer whitey?
When my (white) MPP was questioned about his generous salary in a recent election debate, he claimed that "you have to offer a generous salary to attract top talent". The arrogant, useless tool was re-elected.
Good Point. And he was re-elected for the same reasons that will allow this dickhead to stay put and stay paid.
The Glengarry Highland Games is on this weekend in Maxville, Ontario. If everyone was to wear the Official Tartan of the Canadian Public, the grounds would be awash in a sea of yellow and pink.
