You're right. There will be nobody from CBC, CTV, Tor Star, G & M, Gazette, who will bring up how the system used to nominate O of C recipients is a national joke and an international embarrassment.

The Order of Canada nominating committee is plugged full of those same kind of champagne socialists that make up the Council of Canadians. And that is exactly what Maggie's little girl has in mind as a nominating committee for senate appointments. That's her kind of people. The ones who can be relied upon to make the 'right' choices.
