Jackie Crocker is fighting Hydro One’s plans to cut down trees and move a high voltage power line to her property from the other side of the street.
She’s angry because the existing power line is on her neighbour’s property — and he’s a Hydro One manager.
I find it hard to believe that someone in a managerial position at Ont. Hydro would stoop to using position and influence to 'enhance' the value of his own personal property to the detriment of his neighbour....right?
ReplyDeleteFunny eh. Give a corporation a monopoly, and it respects property rights the same way a government does.
ReplyDeleteA manager making only $157000? Gee, I'm sure some of the guys in the bucket trucks make that much.
ReplyDeleteThat would be enough to make any manager resort to other sorts of perks and favours!
