The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
Summer is almost over folks. In case you have forgotten just how wet the fall harvest months can get, here is atractor stuck in the mudvideo, to remind you. Have a safe weekend!
I remember a very wet fall a few years back and a neighbours JD combine fell in a wet hole and they called for an excavator to fish it out....the roaring of the machines is what I remember off in the distance...sounded like 2 prehistoric dinosaurs going at each other. There is nothing like mud to make misery.
Fellow who rented land beside one of our hunting leases buried his tractor and disk one spring in a low spot, put his combine up to its belly in the fall, and then got the combine stuck in almost the same place the following year. Talk about persistence!
The bigger they come, the deeper they can get buried.
ReplyDeleteI think some of these guys just wanted to get their tractor in a video.
ReplyDeleteI second that. A blind man could see that a few of those places would best be crossed in a hovercraft.
